The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology established the Working Group on Semiconductor Lighting Technology Standards in 2005. The conference released these nine standards: "Detailed Specification for Power LEDs for Semiconductor Optoelectronic Devices", "Test Methods for Semiconductor Light-Emitting Diodes", "Sapphire Substrate for Gallium Nitride Based Light Emitting Diodes", and Phosphors for Semiconductor Light-Emitting Diodes ã€‹, â€œTechnical Specifications for Power Semiconductor Light-Emitting Diode Chipsâ€, â€œTest Methods for Semiconductor Light-Emitting Diode Chipsâ€, â€œDetailed Specifications for Small Power LEDs for Semiconductor Optoelectronic Devicesâ€, â€œSemiconductor LED Product Seriesâ€ and â€œLED Lighting Terminologyâ€ Wait.
